Commissioner of Streets.

Dear Sir:

We the undersigned property owners residing on Granger
Street in the block, bounded on the north by Oleander St., and on
the south by Magnolia Avenue (Same being the 1200 bock); Respect-
fully submit to the Honorable Commission of the City-- That this
entire block has been paved and curbed, with cement side walks at the expense
of the undersigned property owners, with the single exception of one
lot # 1219. Said lot and house being the property of a non-resident
and not a Homestead. Agents for this property (H.C. Jewell & Son)
have refused to build sidewalks; Therefore we respectfully request you to take
immediate steps to compell the building of sidewalk and curbing of this said fifty
(50) feet, which in its present condition is a detriment to the rest
of the block.
