ing in the office of the Comptroller of the State of Texas.

And whereas, there is not sufficient probability of the
holders of the old indebtedness intended to be refunded offering or
desiring to exchange the old bonds for said Refunding Bonds.

And whereas, the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Fort Worth being the successors of the rights, powers and duties of
the said City Council desire to withdraw and cancel said bonds.

It is therefore hereby resolved and directed that Commiss-
ioner, G. H. Colvin, Commissioner of Finances and Revenue call upon the
Attorney General Comptroller of the State of Texas for the said undelivered and
unissued refunding bonds and request the said Comptroller to transmit
the said bonds to the City of Fort Worth to the end that the same
may be canceled and destroyed.

Be it further resolved that the City Secretary of the
City of Fort Worth issue a certified copy of this resolution showing
the date of the same and the Book and Page of the Minutes
upon which the same is recorded to be forwarded to the Attorney
General Comptroller of State together with a request for the transmission of said bonds
to the City of Fort Worth.
