Dearest Mom & all:

Rec'd your
card this a.m. but most
disturbed that you are back in
bed with a cough & cold again.
Just get over it before Christmas
so you'll be able to start 1954
out rite & that goes for G. Wash
too. Of course, Alice can't catch a
thing, hopping around in her
"green grasshopper" unless it
would be a million dollars & a
man (?) with it! Glad she rented
her house o.k. Would you
return the snapshots as
they are the only ones we have?
Want to let Coop's mother see
them too but am in no hurry
to send them to her! Coop is
well supplied w/slippers. I could
use a pr. of the sox type but,
prefer you spend your money
keeping yourself well. Still busy
making my Christmas cards.
