Dear friend & family: We got home & was very tired. Our train was late and that made us late in getting home. Roxy has got through fumigating & he is going to build a new house out on the ranch. Are you going to stay there or have you found a better place yet? Are you going to sell your winter apples the same you was selling when I was there?

Have you heard from Mrs. Sherwin lately? I have not heard from them since I came home. I sent her some of the rose beads I made but, had no gilt beads to finish them off nor could not get them here & we was too busy to go to Los Angeles, so I sent them as they were. I must close as it is almost mail time. Please write soon. Love to all. Mrs. M. Coffman
