Newburgh, O
March 16, 1893

My dear daughter:

Jennie, I see has
left her letter to you for me to
finish and I will have to add
a few lines in haste, as I am
in a hurry, as usual, and
so much for one pair of hands
to do. It really seems like a
long time since we received your last
letter, but I, [ ?], you are
very busy and if you are only
well, we can afford to wait
patiently to hear from you.
Katie has not yet secured a position,
but will attend college until
she, [ ?], a physician in
Norwalk, I wrote to her to come
but, she did not receive it in
time and so lost that. She may
at, any time, get a place. She got
another new, [?], and a pair
of shoes last week. The sack is
plain black double breasted
