As to the trunk, do what you wish in the matter. Laura will get what she can of your things together and send them this week. The Philip Family are well. Mrs. Phillip fell about a week ago and cut her head badly but, is all right again.

John is away from home working and has been for some time, somewhere near Harrisburg; inspector for pipe, working for some gas co.

Mr. Milland has been away for two weeks and expects to be until Sept. 1st. She is at her old home up in New York state. Mr. was with her, but has returned.

I hope ere this you have been able to find my niece, Ms. Wallace.

Glad to know you have been so successful in your speciality of men? Only hope you may finally get one that you can call your own. Handy to have sometimes.

When you write next time, don't ask questions altogether but, give us a little news about the county and climate and how is your sister? Is she still with you?

We would, I think, love to take in such a trip but, don't know as we ever shall have that pleasure. I have an old friend in Los Angeles by the name of Thomas, [?]. He was in the insurance. When here, his father is a doctor and is also there. You may run across them. I don't know his address. I did not know the father,
