Dec. 3rd, 1912

Dear Sir: Received your card last night asking about the tent house. Yes, we want to sell it if we can. When we moved away from there, a man asked Mr. Turner what he would sell it for and he told him ninty dollars, but the man got out of work there so didn't take it, but if you want it or can sell it for us, we will let it go for sixty dollars. Now, there is ninty dollars

worth of new lumber counting the windows and doors besides some old lumber we had. The large tent is boarded up like a house on the inside and papered and the ceiling is of new cheese cloth, but the, [small ?], tent is only boarded up four feet all around. And in May, we bought a new fly for the large tent roof. It was just $1300. We built it there the last of April and moved out of it the 2nd of Sept so you see, it hardly paid us for building it.

Of course, we would rather have cash if we can get it for we surely need it,but if not, will sell it on time. We would rather sell than rent, but rent if we cant sell. Of course, a person that rents a house is just paying for it and not getting it. That's what we are doing now. Will you please let us know about what you do about it as soon as possible? I wish you could have come up, maybe you can
