You, and each of you, will take notice that your failure to pay
the sum of fifty ($50.00) dollars due on the execution of lease
by H. W. Johnstone to you for the east one half (E.1/2) of the
south east quarter (S.E. 1/4), of the north west quarter (N.W. 1/4),
of Section fifteen (15) township four (4) South range eleven (11),
West S. B. B. & M., estimated to contain twenty acres (20), more or
less, according to the terms of said lease, renders same now
subject to termination and that, under the terms thereof, the
said H. W. Johnstone does hereby terminate and cancel said lease.
