I went to school here
for years when I was a
much younger man and
the girls scarcely looked at
me. Now, it's different only
I don't feel like paying any
attention to people who see
only the uniform. It's like
people who suddenly find
how nice a fellow is when
someone leaves him money.

Hope you are back
in school now and that the
"flu" has left your house
forever. You have had more
than your share of it.
It seems to be pretty bad
in California, still. It
did not miss much of the
world, however.
