Your annoucement was recevied in due time. We were much surprised. You surely know how to keep a secret. Wish you much happiness, temporarily, physically and spiritually. Trust you have a grand husband and companion, and may he be to you, what you have been to your people, one upon whom to lean. May I ask a reply from you or both? How is Mabel? We do not hear from any of you anymore. There are only two of us this week, Harold and myself. Ava has gone on a short vacation to Toledo and Detriot. Grace has been in Detriot nearly all vacation.

She will be home the last of this week and Mother is in Galion where she spends the summer. We are almost in the country. Have a new house on a hill.
Is Pasadena Ave in the direction of Pasadena? That is a lovely place, and I did enjoy the stay in Los Angeles too, and, now that a number of relatives live there, I would enjoy it still more. Could I have the privilege again? How is Ella Seibel? Her sister, Emma Garhart, visited us in July. The Longleys in Los Angeles are Pa Swartzs' children and grandchildren. Sarah Schwarts, his daughter, is there too.
Wish you might meet them. Hoping this missive may visit you on your first "at home day."
