Dearest Mother and Daddy:

Using this paper so the letter won't be over weight.

Should you wish, add more to Ingledue's letter. Think you will find her address in one of the old telephone books and I put several of them down on the left side of the telephone.

Have just written another letter on the Palmer Canyon lots.

Wrote to the Tax Assessors and Delinquent Tax Office last month but have had no reply,.Have you? I signed Edith Grandy to one of them. I have just written to the Title Insurance & Trust Co. thinking they might run down the dope for us on who owns them of amount of taxes due.

That I had some things to write about but can't think of them now.
We have heard nothing more from JAD. I asked Connie this afternoon and she said she had not received anything since the 'gram from Florida.

I think Jack plans on going to Silcotts on Friday.

I know if I don't clean house soon, I won't be able to find the house. Sure wish it would rain and perk things up.

Today Walker's Dept. Store cut their birthday cake, You should have seen the crowd this morning down there on the sidewalk. At noon, I went in and got a piece but found no prize in my portion. They cut big hunks from the cake in the window, take it down to the basement and, behind sheets, cut it up and put into small white bags, and, as you pass a counter, a girl hands you a bag.

After I mail this, will think of the things wanted to say. So guess will mail it.

And don't forget to mail Indledues!

Hope you are feeling better, Mother and Daddy too. Daddy, did you find your "long lost cousin" or didn't you go look ?

Muchy love,
