1. ounce of syrup of rheubarb
1. ounce of Flax Seed Oil
1/2 ounce of Syrup of Tar
6. grains of ---- ---- quinine (Mix)

Shake well before using and tatke one teaspoonful 1/2 hour after each meal and just before retiring
