Feb 13 1896

Dear, [Nur.?], Hartzell:

Yours received a few days ago, but could not find time to answer. I hardly know to whom to recommend to you. I know that there are many nurses there out of work, at present, and the physicians there feel as we do, to give our nurses preference.

However, you can present this recommendation to several of named physicians, Drs. Snader Betts, Korndorfer, John E James, or any of the faculty of, [Horn?] College. Hope you will succeed.

Yours respectfully,

C. P. Seip
