I wish I were down there with you for I don't want to stay here. Seems as though there had been a death in the family without you or Mabel. [Jade?], and I went to the matinee last Friday, "Under The Home." It was fine, but I miss Jack so I nearly died. After we went on, [illegible], when 15 pictures for 15 cents were and your little Henry had some taken. My hair comes down and I am a fright. Will send you one when I get them to scare the coons away. I don't go out any where, only twice to Archie's and you ought to see Glady's pretty and fat as she can be. Don't forget to tell me when you intend on taking for the north, and "sweet sister." My address is still or is now: #55 Vega Ave, Cleveland O [Ohio]

Your loving sister,

Jennie Lind.

O.G.

Lots of love and kisses.

Will only enclose Katie's letter to Ma and the one she wrote me next time.

my finale, [final], trouble before I come home. I was very sick for several weeks with ovarian, and, [womb?], trouble. The doctor called it paratenetis. The cause was a fall and heavy cold, but I am well as ever now, all but my old cough. Pa and I parted pleasantly, but is saving over the little doctor bill of $8.00 and druggist of $2.98 and the lady where we roomed took care of me and had a little bill. Jack writes me. They are not paid yet and, for fear, I would get things before I left as Jack can make my credit good, [[inserted above]: at]], any store. Chatt and has done so and I would get them and they would send the bill to Dad. So he went to all of the stores in C--, even shoe stores and my druggist where the doctor got my medicine or rather, John got all of the prescriptions

filled) and told the manager not to allow me to get anything or to, " [allow], John Head to for me on his credit. He made a "jackass" out of himself but, every body knows John and I, and, [[inserted above]: they mangers]], only teased John. He would not allow me any monthly allowance. Said he would send me what he could but, so far, I have only rec'd, [received], one letter and no money.

Oh. sister, I could tell you dozens of pages of stuff, but will wait till I see you. And another thing, I made out a list of things I wanted before I left and he only got me three articles, they cheap, [undeerwar?].

I selected Mabelle's trunk that cost $11.00 with initials on it and straps, three trays, a very good one. I have one similar.

Edith, when are you coming home? I intend leaving in June again to spend a week or two on Lookout Mt. at one of my lady
