The original manuscripts are held by the Academie François Bourdon. Each document has a unique identifier that corresponds to its archive record. For example, "No. 100" is the unique ID for "No. 100: Lettre La Villebrune + liste bateaux (Annapolis) - 1781/09/16." Documents with a number only for a unique ID are part of inventory 0166Z0067-02. Documents with the letter "a" as part of the the unique ID are from inventory 0166Z0068.
