There shall be two Stated meetings of the
Association annually. Viz on the first mond-
day in May, and on the first monday in
October; Preceeding which there shall if
necessary be a meeting of the Council.
The time and place to be appointed by the
President & the time of day & place of the
future meeting of the Association shall be
agreed upon previous to the close of each
meeting.
besides the stated there may be occasional
meetings called by the President with advice
of the Council, whenever the Interest of the
Association shall in their Opinion require it,
or when there to requested in writing by any
Five members of the Association, the time
and place of such meeting to be signified to
the Secretary, that he may give at least
Seven days notice thereof to the members.
