Sir these are to Certifie you that we have Assessed the
poles and Rateble Estate in {said} {precinct} to the sum
of Eighty three pound sixteen Shillings and six pence
{Lawfull} money and Delivered a list of {said} Assessment to
Mr. {Samuel} Cutter {Junior} Collector for {said} {precinct} for the
year 1774 To Collect and pay in {said} sum so assessed
