At a Court of Chancery held at Pilgrim Bay - His Excellency The Honble Remy Grenville Esq. His Majestys Captain General and Governour and Commander in Chief of this and all other His Majestys Carribbee Islands lying and being to Windward of Guardaloope Is[?] and Chancellor of the same Is[?] the fifteenth ^day^ of April in the Twenty fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Is;and King Defender of the faith of and in the Year of our Lord 1752.

Then Mr. Cholmeley moved his Excellency that the suspension of that part of the Decretal Order made in the said Cause whereby the Master is Ordered to Sell might be taken of without any Variation of the said Order the Master having made his Report in the said cause and the same being confirmed which being opposed by Councel on behalf of the Deputy Serjeant at Arms The Question was put whether the Supervision of that part of the said Order whereby the Master is Ordered to sell should be taken of without any variation of the said Order and The Honble Samuel Husbands delivered his Opinion that is the Estate was not Sold by writt of Execution from this Court nor by the parties themselves then it shall be Sold by one of the Masters of this Court agreeable to the Consent of the parties in the said causes and therefore voted that the suspension be taken off without any variation of the said order and the Honble John Datin, The Honble Samuel Rous, the Honble James Carter, The Honble John Gallop and the Honble John Frere Esq's being of the same opinion also voted that the suspension be taken off without any variation of the said Order And his Excellency was pleased to deliver his Opinion, that as both parties had agreed [Ionitly?] to pray that the Estate might be Sold by one of the Masters of this Court and were willing to abide by the Consequences of it, He was for granting the prayer, but had there been no Consent of party's, in that case, His Excellency would have been for impowering the Serj't at Arms to sell, and it was thereupon Ordered that the Suspension of that part of the Order whereby the Master is Ordered to Sell should be taken off without any Variation of the said Order.
