Status: Needs Review

I am not aware, that Mr. Reynolds,
or his Deputys have had the least Cause
of Complaint, besides what Your Lord-
ships have now been pleased to Com-
municate, And whether this be just,
or not, is humbly Submitted. It can-
not, however be deny'd, that frequent
Complaints hae been made hee,
against the Officers, and Sometimes
not without reason; which yet I
do not mention with any particu-
lar design of Reproach to those
who have of late Acted as Such.

Upon the whole, My Lords, I
can only Say that I shall be ready
to use my best Endeavours to carry
into Execution any measure to be
pointed out consistent with my
Duty to His Majesty, and the Rights
of my Fellow Subjects in this Island,
for.
