Sometimes the Creditors of
bad humor challenge an inhabitant who leaves
all his fortune in the Colony the right to -
return to France although dangerously
ill, this difficulty is cruel each
the same humanity.

It thus seems necessary (First) to decide
that all people who want to leave
the Colony, will be required to insert the notice
of their departure in three consecutive gazettes
and to grant a count from the last month
to the Creditors to form their oppostion to the
Transplant.

A permit to board will be sent in the case of non-opposition and upon the Certificate of the Registrar.
