And flash their untryd novelties on thee,
To drag thy soul to hell or set it free
From all the spotted pains of life terrene,
And lift the high to sport in endless green,
In flowry fields, that grace that world above,
Where all is joy & peace & endless love ~
Will you not hear reallities to come,
Of heav'n, that flourishes in endless bloom,
And one immortal green spreads thro the whole
Of that vast world, that capivates the soul?
Where each desire, tho large as hell is full,
And in fruition sports & ever shall,
Where naught affrights or pain can ever come,
Till long eternity its end has spun,
And drag'd its latest moments out, that ends
Or rather where eternity begins ~
Believe the friend, that writes you from the dead,
Nor let the solmen sound excite your dread,
Who once could grasp my hand with friendly smile,
