Dear Namesake,

Our last of the 12th of Aprill since which we now
have not had the favour of any of Yours so that this is principally to In:
forme You that we have at last Compleated the Sale of Your I-latts, &
Including what we Disposed of to an American Trader sometime
ago they Amount to One hundred & Ten Pounds as we have
Credited them in the Inclosed Account.

We are Sorry & Ashamed that the Account should be so long
Standing which indeed has been Cheifly Oweing to the great Num

Case of Your future Attempts this Way.

We are Inclined and beleive we shall Trouble with an Inv:
of I-latts upon our own Account & shall desire they may be all Plain

which will have a Speedy Vend; & as we shall Address (You) in a little
time, We shall only further Signify our Intentions if Enabled
to Remit You Your Compleate ballance in good Sugars by {Captain}
Ward who we Conjecture will Sail hence in about a fortnights time
