another Receipt for Sponge Cake
Take 12 Eggs - with the weight of them of sugar - the weight of
6 eggs of flour - beat the yolks and whites seperately
Then add the sugar to the Eggs - stir in the flour -
rose water and Mace - The Rind of a Lemon Grated

night - then make a Syrup of common

another syrup of powder sugar - pound for
pound - throw it on there cold - and put them
away for use -
