I don't think you need to mark the '7' symbol for 'et' as an abbreviation, you can just leave it as 'et' in your transcription
In line 6, column 1, you wrote "cum" for the last word, but I don't think there's enough minims to make "cum."
Everywhere that the Gospel of Luke is cited, you transcribe "Luc" as "Lucam," the nominative case "Lucas" would work better
Column 1, line 8 is missing "erat" in the transcription (it is in the original), also pretty sure the '7' in that line is just another 'et'
I wonder if the "M" with the 'w-like' curl over it is supposed to be "Mattheus" instead of "Magdalena" (see lines 9 and 13 of column 1 for some examples)
See lines 10-11 of column 1 on original: In your transcription, you missed a chunk on line 10 before going on to "Ecce," which should be in line 11-- this might mean your line numbers will need to be re-adjusted
In line 13 of column 1, after "sicut" there should be "fecit" in the transcription (it is in the original)
When you go from line 32 to 33 in column 1 in the transcription, you put "etiam" in the wrong spot (should be in next line)
Column 2, line 3 (line 41 in transcription): You transcribed "exclamacio," I think it should be "exclamatio" (the letter looks like a 't' to me rather than a 'c')
In Column 2 line 18 (line 56 in transcription): add "proferens" before "mortuo." Also, in this line, the "M" with the w-like curl over it should again be "Mattheus" instead of "Magdalena"
