I share Ruth's condition of mind with regard to her illness and possible ending in an institution. Naturally intimate and certain things in our lives hold latent events to you -- but from my viewpoint, life and circumstances dealt her a bit rough.
At present writing cannot explain obstacles or offer alibils -- should I say, Ruth being your protigge.
I do wish to extend [so?] many thanks for your interest, feeling you will bend every effort to help her. Should any emergency arise trust I shall be notified; and if necessary shall extend any aid humanely possible. Thanking you in advance, I am yours 6-14/47 C. H. LaVache Respectfully
