Not wishing to extend any abilis for myself shall take this occasion to say that I had bended plenty of efforts to right a bad situation. I hope to try again!

I share Ruth's condition of mind with regard to her idness and possible ending in an institution. Natually intimate and certain things in our lives hold latent events to you-- but from my viewpoint, life and circumstances dealt her a bit rough.
At present writing cannot explain obstacles or offer alibils-- should I say, Ruth being your protigge.
I do wish to extend [so? you?] many thanks for your interest, feeling you will bend every effort to help her. Should any emergency arise trust I shall be notified; and if necessary shall extend any aid humanely possible. Thanking [you?] in advance, I am yours 6-14/47 [C.?] H. LaVache Respectfully
