Dear Dr. Van Waters

I received your most welcome and happy letter yesterday morning. and was more then glad to hear from you.

I hope that this letter will find you in the best of health and happy, as for myself I am feeling fine and getting along good.

My boots are down in the farm room. and Mary Sampson knows were there at. my bed slippers

are with Martha Lynden in the nursery. the girls with the twin boys.

Give my regards to the girls in the litary group. and Miss Gladding. miss them a lot. and wish I could hear you read again.

Well I will close for now as I am short of news so until I hear from you and until there is mor to write about I remain as ever

I hope this letter will find you in the best of health and happy. As for myself I am feeling fine and getting along wonderful.

How are the girls? give them my regards and tell them I miss them very much. Are you going to have any more plays? Sure wish I could be in them.

hear from you. but if you are busy don't put yourself out of the way.

Tell Miss Mahoney to write as soon as she can as I would like to hear from her, and that I will write as soon as I can.

When we going out to dinner and a show together? hope it will be real soon. I know it will be a great pleasure to go with you.
