STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, Guilford County.

To any lawful Officer to execute and return within three months.

YOU are hereby commanded to execute the goods and chattles of James Jenkins & B. Trotter if to be [illegible] County, sufficient to satisfy a Judgment that Abb Gardner [illegible] nst them in the sum of three dollars [illegible] cents, with interest from the 16 day of October 1831 which sum the said Abb Gardner obtained a judgment for before Isaac O'Dell Esq one of the Justices of the Peace for said County, on the 29 day of October 1831 with cost 80 cents; and also the further sum of 40 cents, your cost for this execution; and if there be no goods and chattles of said defendants sufficient to satisfy the aforesaid debt and cost, that then you levy this execution on the lands and tenements of the said James Jenkins & Bennet Trotter Herein fail not. Given under my hand and seal this [blank] day of May A.D. 1832.
