To have and to hold the said tracts of land with all
of the apertenances thereto belonging to the said Alberta
Corbit Snider her heirs and assigns forever in as full and
ample manner as the said C.C. Barnhart and William Porter,
commissioners, are authorized and empowered to convey the
same.

In witness whereof the said C.C. Barnhart and
William Porter, Commissioners have hereunto set their hands
and seale, this the 11th day of January, 1935.
