State of N. C. Forsyth County.

I, Geo. W. Crews, Justice of the Peace, do here by cer-
tify that B. X. Linville and Carrie M. Linville, his wife;
and R. F. Linville and Lillie M. Linville, his wife,
personally appeared before me this day, and acknowledged
the due executions of the foregoing deed of conveyance
and the said Carrie M. Linville and Lillie M. Linville
being by me privately examined separate and apart
from their said husbands, touching their voluntary
execution of the same, do state that they signed
the same freely and voluntarily without fear or
compulsion of their said husbands, or any other
person, and that they do still voluntarily assent
thereto.

this 21st day of February A.D. 1912.
