J. V. Wilson, Jr., a Notary Public of said County and State,
Lois Welborn, who being by me duly sworn, says that she knows the official
seal of the City of High Point, and is acquainted with Arnold J. Koonce
who is Mayor of said City, and that she, the said Lois Welborn is the Clerk of
the City of High City, and saw the said Mayor sign the foregoing instrument, and that she, the said City Clerk, as aforesaid, affixed
said seal to said instrument, and that she, the said City Clerk, signed her name in attestation of the execution of said instrument
in the presence of said Mayor of said City. Let the said deed and this certificate be registered.
