This the 20 day of Srptember, 1926, personally
came before me, Aura G. Bales, a Notary Public of said
County and State, R. T. Amos, who being by me duly sworn,
says that he knows the common seal of the Sunset Park, Inc.
and is acquited with WESCOTT ROBERSON, who is the President
of said corporation, and that he, the said R. T.
AMOS, is the Secretary of said corporation, and saw the
said President sign the foregoing instrument, and that he
the said R. T. AMOS, Secretary as aforesaid, affixed said
seal to said instrument, and that he said R. T. AMOS,
signed his name in attestation of the execution of said
instrument in the presence of said President of said
corporation. Let the said deed and this certificate be
registered.
