Capt. John Buck TreatㅤㅤAlexandria Aug. 6th, 1794

Sir,
I wrote you on the 13th Ulto. and directd to Norfolk.
As I now find by a Letter from Mr Foster under
date of the 26th Ulto. that you was to Sail on the 29th. I expect
this may be in time to find you at that place. And have
now only to observe to you, that it is my opinion that you
can be Loaded with Tobacco in this Port as fast as you can
take it in for Holland, at 3£Sterling per hhd. If therefore you
cannot do better at Norfolk, you had better push instantly
for this Place.

I am,
Sir,
Yr. most Obt. Servt.
