For amt of stoppages I [contacted?] in your [fons?] from 14" Ill Conty. and 65" Ind Infy. as for statement enclosed [humith?] You will then send me a 2 ct for the amt. and oblige me It was impossible for me to make the stoppages in your [favors?] upon the [Roads?] for reasons stated upon the statement.

I also send you the stoppage notices made out by yourself. so that you can [illegible] them and [illegible] out now my for those who now not [present?]
