Hi Julie - You can go ahead and transcribe cards like this. Even though it's the second card for Paul Cox, we'll still want it included in our index. This looks to be his Officer's Card. The first card covered his dates of service from August 15, 1917 to January 30, 1918, and this one picks up with his commission on January 31, 1918. -CH
