Miss Fionnuala Duane, 4 Richmond House, Richmond Hill, Monkstown, Co. Dublin.

A chara,

I have had a quick look through the Ó Dálaigh manuscript which you so kindly presented to me. It is very interesting from the point of view of the language, and it deserves to be published, in part at least. I hope to have more time to examine it in detail during the holidays.

Perhaps the enclosed book might interest you.

Go raibh míle maith agait as an lámhscríbhinn a thabhairt dom.

Beannacht,

Tomás de Bhaldraithe
