I herby make know to all whom it concerns that I this day
the 27th March 1888 herewith sell all the Property, Real and
Personal Estate, owned by me, to the persons mentioned below,
for the sum of Forty five Thousand Dollars ($45000.00) in the
following conditions:

The majority of the following named persons if assembled
is to decide what is to be done with said Property, which must be disposed
of within ten days from above date, there of the minority who
do not agree with the decision of the majority shall have no share in
the Property aforsaid.

Gertrude Riplay, M. Klery, C. Hazotte, C. Rickor, C.Firstel, A.M.
Spenthoff, E. Lischka, E. Morhr, A. Blum, F. Bohn, M. Murphy, A. Schinity,
M. Horchhous, F. Groischel, M. Brady, C. Murphy, K. Carroll, M. Eston,
C. Lischke, M. Schrimmers, C. Krendu, M. Lickem, M. Wollsipper, M. Mc'Glene,
M. Deiler, M. Beahta, K. Michler, M. Schmitt, B. Moran, C. Estee,
M. Baur, A. Meloney, F. Feitz.

If the persons above named do not dispose of said Property
within ten days from above date, this sale shall be void and null
