Friday A.M.

Dear Kids,
I mailed you a letter yesterday
morning and received one from you in
the afternoon mail. I mailed G. W. a box
a few days ago. Hope he can wear the
jacket. I'll see if I can't get (cut my finger)
him a raincoat. In the army you
call it racking it off. I try to stay in
good with Quartermaster Sulfit I get
almost anything I ask for. I will have
to say. I sure get along good here with
everyone. I guess I just got off on the
right foot. You said you had a scrap
book so I am sending you my first Cpl.

SOS (Services of Supply) the next I wore was
the wings (Air Corps) the 3/Third Air Force) thats
the one I am wearing now. I am sending
