I believe this is the individual referred to as Elder Richie. However, further research is required. Fredrick William Richards would have been in the Northern States mission during the period. I have been unable to locate an "Elder Richie". It seems a plausible shorthand for Elder Richards. Elder Fredrick William Richards served in the Northern States Mission from May 1900 to November 1901. He was 34 at the time of his call. Family Search ID: KWCW-WMV.
