(ans 1/2/69 (no))

Dear Mr. Bond:

Our organization conducted a "crash" Registration Campaign with a modest subsidy from the Voter Education Project of Atlanta during the month of September 1968.

At our Annual Meeting, November 9th we voted to continue our campaign from now until the next primary in June.

Our Commission on Good Government and Citizenship voted to hold a One Day Seminar on Registration and voting on Saturday January 25th and wants you as the principal speaker. Can you come to us on that date? What honorarium will you expect? I tried to reach you by phone yesterday but was told you were at Lincoln.

I would appreciate a reply at your earliest convenience.

Very truly yours,

Executive Director
