Dear Charles,
I believe that you and I could:
(1) raise enough money
(2) hire enough staff
to put out a newspaper that would compete and eventually engulf the Voice, Inquirer and the World.
It could have state-wide circulation, use up-to-date layout features, lots of photos and so on.
Give it some thought.
