Dear Mr. Jones,

I am sorry we were not able to get together on a date for the Athens visit.

I do have a suggestion - the Georgia Law Forum at Athen's School of Law has made inquiry concerning a speech to their group this spring. I wrote their president, Ted Chao, saying I could not come this next month, and suggested he contact you for a joint effort. Would your group be interested in this?
