Dear Ms. Potts,

Thank you for inviting Mr. Bond to come to Macomb. He has visited Western before and is pleased to be invited to return to the campus.

I wonder if May 2 is an open date for you? There is a possibility Mr. Bond could tie in a visit to Macomb with a trip he is planning to Wisconsin. There will be other dates opening up this spring, but this does seem to be a good time. If May 2 sounds good, please call me at 404-758-9101, and we can discuss it further.

Mr. Bond's usual honorarium is $2000.
