Dear Mr. Bond,

I am writing you as a representative of the General Organization of Paul D. Schreiber High School.

We are presently sponsoring a series of assemblies dealing the dominant problems facing the American society today.

As you are well aquainted with the problems of Black America in the South, and throughout the country, we feel you would be an excellent speaker for our program.

We have just learned that you will be speaking at Madison Square Garden on the night of Mondah, October 28th. We would like to know if you would be able to speak at Schreiber either Monday, October 289th or Tuesday, October 29th.

The General Organization would be able to provide transportation from where you will be staying in the New York City area, to and from Port Washington. We would also be able to arrange for your meals during yhour stay in Port Washington.
