JUNE 22

1931. I have been sick today. They say for me to let green apple's alone.

1932. I am some better today. Uncle Brack went to town today. Mr. Ott Sisk took dinner with us today. Raymond Conley came a little while this afternoon.

1933. Nealie Slaton spent the day with us and Sis made her a dress. Leona, William Ross, Elizabeth and Cornell came this afternoon.

1934. I got dinner & patched some today. Leona, Basil, Cornell, Elizabeth & I went to church at Wilson's School House tonight.

1935. Amelia, Rex & I went to town this afternoon and I got a new set of glasses and 2 new mixing bowls. I saw Mr. Jim Hartman & he said Dad is better. Eble told me Thursday that Dad was pretty sick one night recently.

JUNE 23

1931. I am some better today. We had a pretty hard rain this afternoon.

1932. Mother & I made mother a dress today. Mother hoe'd in the garden a little while late this afternoon.

1933. I have been nearly sick today and haven't done scarcely any work all day. I wrote a letter to Mother and read some continued pieces today.

1934. I cleaned up the house this morning. Rex & I went to town this afternoon and I went to see Lorene. It rained awful hard this afternoon. Rex & I went to Dad's late this afternoon & will spend the night. He is worse again. Aunt Jennie, mother, Rex & I played Rook tonight.

1935. Sis & I went to Sunday School & church at Browder's this morning. We went in the buggy. Amelia, Jim, Evelyn, Lin & Jess came this afternoon & we took a boat ride. Evelyn, Amelia, Sis & I went in the wading also. Dock, Sis & I took a boat ride late this afternoon.
