morning. I took a
nap this afternoon
and read some.
Betty Wiley came
a little while.
I Read some tonight.
Rex wen't down to
Loyd's and they
said Jasper
thought Rubye
is some better.

Mother and I washed today.
I wen't to bed a while
this afternoon and took a
nap. I read some also.
Mrs. Jones came this
afternoon. Betty Wiley came
a little while. She says
Miss Cassie was taken back
to Hopkinsville today.
Mother said she didn't
believe she would get to
stay at home long. She
didn't seem right when
she visited Mother Fri.
While I was at town
Rex wen't to Pleasant
View this afternoon.
Lawrence and Jean came
late this afternoon.
we played Rook
tonight. Jean says
that Rubye is some
better and they believe
she will get well now
but she is still an
awful sick woman.
