Yellow Dock root 3 "
Poke root 3 "
Belladonna Tinct 3 "
Poison Hemlock or
French Conium Maculatum 3 "
vinis Turpentine 3 "
Brused Stramonium Seeds 1 oz
Lard 1 1/2 lbs
Rye Whiskey 1 qut

Prepare for use
Steep the roots in the lard
for 6 hours then add the other
articles. then dtrain & cool & then
add the venis Turpentine
& last add the spirits
