Perry Davis's Pain Killer
2 pt of Alcohol
1 oz gum guack
½ " Gum myrrh
½ " gum Camphor
½ " Cayene Pepper
Pulverize the myrrh and
Guack before mixing
Hair Restorative
Sugar of Lead [lead acetate] one oz
Burgamont [Bergamot] ½ oz
Bay rum 1 pint 1 pt
Put all together in
two quarts of rain-water
and a table spoon full salt
shake well & use every morn
