Hamburg Steak
1 lb steak
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp onion juice
Grind meat with a food cutter. Beat
egg slightly. Add egg salt & onions
juice to beef. Mix & shape into small
cakes. Pan Boil.

Baked Hamburg
1 egg 1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion juice
Prepare as for Hamberg Steak &
shape into loaf 2½ in thick. Place
in an oil baking pan. Use square
tin. Bake 30 minutes in a moderate
oven.
