2 tblsp of butter 2 tblsp of
flour 1 cup of liquid milk or
stock ¼ tsp salt Melt butter. Add
flour and salt & brown. Add cold
liquid slowly & cook until
1 cup of white Sauce 4 to 1
4 tblsp of flour to 1 cup of
milk 1½ cups of cold cooked
ground meat Loosen in measure.
1 egg 1 cup of dried bread crumbs
Add meat to hot W Sauce.
Spread in a dish
when to cool.
When cold shape as desired.
Crum [crumb], egg [egg wash] and crum again.
Fry in deep fat and drain on
crumpled absorbing paper. Serve
